WHAT: Now more than ever, home owners and buyers are pursuing sustainable efforts within their home. As more HOA residents look to install rooftop solar, or add EV charging in condos and townhomes, many HOA covenants need updating. The Atlanta REALTORS® Association invites residents, HOA board members, management companies, and industry professionals to join us for a special town hall discussion about these issues.
