Governor Doug Ducey today announced the appointment of Carol L. Ditmore as director of the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). Ditmore has served as the interim director of ADOH since May 2017, a position to which she was elevated after former director Michael Trailor’s appointment as the new director of the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

Westwood Financial Corp. (WFC), one of the largest privately held owner-operators of grocery-anchored retail properties in the United States, announced the acquisition of the Avondale Fiesta shopping center for $7.6 million.
