The Assessing Dept. has Implemented New Software & has made the Assessor’s Maps Available online!

WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 16, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Town of Framingham Assessing Department is pleased to announce that they are now using Patriot Properties’ AssessPro software system. Real Estate value information can be found on the link on the Assessing homepage under the SEARCH section, then Real Estate Database. The new software will provide more information to the public about property characteristics, classifications, and values.

In addition, visitors can now access the Assessor’s Maps online by visiting the Assessing homepage and click on the link for the Assessor’s Map. By clicking on the map tiles of the Assessors Plan Index, individuals will be able to access the individual sheets.
