The Atlanta REALTORS® Association Celebrates Exceptional Achievements at the 2024 Top Producers Gala
ATLANTA, GA – RealEstateRama – The Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) hosted its highly anticipated annual Top Producers Awards Gala at the Cobb Galleria Centre on March 16th. REALTORS® from across Atlanta gathered to honor the outstanding achievements of their peers in a night filled with glamour and celebration.
Against the backdrop of the majestic Cobb Galleria Centre, attendees adorned in their finest attire came together to acknowledge the remarkable successes of the past year. Despite the dynamic challenges of the housing market, 2023 proved to be a year of triumph for many within the industry. This year’s gala marked the 65th anniversary of the event, a testament to its enduring significance within the real estate community.
The gala exuded an atmosphere of jubilation as honorees were lauded for their exceptional contributions to the industry. Amidst music, dance, and camaraderie, attendees reveled in the accomplishments of their colleagues, making the evening truly memorable. The ARA remains steadfast in its commitment to recognizing excellence and celebrating the achievements of its members.
Kelly Thrash, the 2024 President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, expressed the significance of being named a Top Producer, stating, “Receiving recognition as a Top Producer from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association is a significant milestone, symbolizing excellence and dedication, as it places individuals within the esteemed Top 10% of our profession.”
Recognition as a Top Producer of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association is awarded based on a total gross production of at least $5 million in volume or a minimum of 15 total units of production. In 2023, the Association received over 1,250 applications and honored a total of 147 first-time recipients.
The ARA extends its heartfelt congratulations to all honorees and eagerly anticipates celebrating the continued success of Atlanta’s top producers in the years ahead.

About the Top Producers’ Award and Gala:
The Top Producers Gala is a black tie optional event held annually to honor our top producing REALTORS®. Rules are designed to recognize the top 10% of our members for their achievements in real estate through volume of transactions and/or sales and are established annually by the Top Producers Committee and the Board of Directors. Recognition as a Top Producer of the Atlanta REALTORS® is merited based on the highest production for 10% of the membership. This year’s minimum volume was just over $5 million or 15 total units.
