USAA Real Estate Company President & Chief Operating Officer Len O’Donnell to Serve as Panelist at EXPO REAL in Munich

San Antonio, TX – October 1, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Leonard J. O’Donnell, president and COO of USAA Real Estate Company in San Antonio, Texas, will participate in the “American Afternoon” at EXPO REAL, Europe’s largest real estate conference which will take place October 8 – 10 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre in Munich, Germany.

The International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment, in its 15th year, features more than 1,600 exhibitors in addition to 400 speakers who convene to discuss international real estate business. The event drew 38,000 participants in 2011 and is expected to attract some 40,000 participants this year.

The “American Afternoon” will consist of a series of three panel discussions of the North American property markets and is part of the EXPO REAL Investments Locations Forum. This is one of five conference forums offering professional assessments from industry experts, and speakers will address real estate and investment issues pertaining to key international markets. O’Donnell will join panelists from the United States and Europe in a discussion entitled “The U.S. Real Estate Market: What Are Investors Doing?” This panel, organized and moderated by Jim Fetgatter, the Chief Executive of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), will be held on Monday, October 8, from 15:00 to 15:50 in Hall A1, Stand 040.
