Visnic Homes Inc. Honored During the NAHB 2012 International Builders’ Show

WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 27, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Visnic Homes Inc. has been named the 2011 National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Custom Home Builder of the Year. Ted Visnic Jr., president of Visnic Homes, was presented with the award this month during the 2012 International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fla.

The NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year Award, sponsored by the Propane Education and Research Council, recognizes the professional achievement of one builder each year who creates exceptional and innovative custom homes, exhibits a high level of customer service and demonstrates impactful leadership and dedication within their company, the industry and local community.

Based in Rockville, Md., Visnic Homes has been in business more than 21 years and services the Washington, D.C. area, featuring custom projects in prestigious communities such as Kenwood, Chevy Chase and Avenel.

Visnic’s success, in part, is due to the company’s reputation for stellar customer service. Visnic Homes offers its own warranty policy, in addition to the required warranty services, and provides clients with a dedicated account manager to walk them through each step of the custom building process. The company also maintains active relationships with local leading architects to provide options for a variety of designs and techniques. From hanging an airplane in a library to duplicating a Georgetown street scene in a basement, the company strives to do whatever it takes to meet the customer’s vision and lifestyle needs.
