Annette DeLara and Rodrigo Retamoza Join Firm

Annette brings extensive experience in urban studies, real estate and the financial markets to Warburg. She was previously president of DeLara Associates, serving as independent financial advisors to state and local governments and agencies on over $4 billion in debt instruments for the financing of infrastructure, credit products, and public/private partnerships.

Rodrigo previously worked in Brownstone Brooklyn for over two years, becoming the top agent in his office by expanding his expertise of the borough’s prime neighborhoods and beyond. Based in Warburg’s Tribeca office at 100 Hudson Street, Rodrigo also has intimate knowledge of lower Manhattan, and is quick to identify a client’s specific needs and personal taste.
