Leases

Puma North America leased 6,000 square feet of retail space for three years within the Lake Elsinore Outlets from Mohr Affinity, LLC. The space is located at 17600 Collier Avenue, Suite A100, in Lake Elsinore. Lessee will be operating a shoe apparel store at this location. Scott Forest of WestMar Commercial Real Estate and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley represented the lessor in the transaction.

Beatriz Vidales, DDS leased 1,731 square feet of office space for a two year lease renewal within Grand Avenue Business Park from Grand Avenue Partners. The space is located at 744 Grand Avenue, Suites 202 and 203, in San Marcos. Lessee operates an orthodontic dental office at this location. Mark Esbensen of WestMar Commercial Real Estate represented both parties in the transaction.

American Asset Funding, LLC, dba United Law Group leased 1,506 square feet of office space for one year within Legacy Office Center from Legacy Office Center, LP. The space is located at 41951 Remington Avenue, Suite 140. Lessee will be operating a legal firm at this location. Kathy Savant, dba SDL Real Estate Property Management, leased 2,011 square feet of office space for a three year lease renewal within the Winchester Center Office Building from M & J Ramsay Corporation. The space is located at 27420 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 101A. Lessee operates a real estate property management business at this location. Brian Romain, dba Patio World leased 4,738 square feet of retail space for a one year lease renewal within Winchester Center from M & J Ramsay Corporation. The space is located at 27452 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 8A. Lessee operates a patio furniture sales business at this location. The space is located at 39872 Los Alamos Road, Suite A-3A, in Murrieta. Lessee operates a hair braiding and beauty supply business at this location. Nelly E. Ramos and Jorge Balvarte, dba La Choza Restaurant, leased 1,147 square feet of retail space for a three year lease renewal within Moraga Plaza from Moraga Plaza, LLC. The space is located at 29760 Rancho California Road, Suite 115. Lessee operates a Mexican restaurant at this location. Nutrition Zone, Inc. leased 1,256 square feet of retail space for five years within Winchester Marketplace from Winchester Marketplace, LP. The space is located at 40695 Winchester Road, Suite C-102.
